New Years Resolutions

My main New Years resolution as cliché as it sounds is to be more healthy. Mentally, physically, & emotionally. 
One of my main problems is all the crap I eat. Most of the time I'm in a hurry and have to just grab something quick; so that tends to be a hot pocket, pop tart, or pizza. (I know, gross)
So I'm trying something new. I'm going to start doing healthy meal prep for the entire week so all of my meals are ready to grab and go! I'm hoping that as I fuel my body with more nutritious foods I'll feel better and have more energy.
